FOR RENTERS
We believe that clear communication is the key to having a great experience with your rented property.
When you decide that you are interested in one of the available properties, you will complete a
Rental Application Form.When the application is accepted, a lease will be put in place that outlines the responsibilities that all parties involved have.
This transparent process will help create an environment that you feel great about and help to make it feel like home!
You can be assured that we will:
- Perform annual checks of smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors.
- Have heating units professionally serviced annually.
- Respond promptly to any concerns within the home such as a broken appliance and have the issue(s) addressed in a timely manner.
- Ensure that your contents are properly protected with your own insurance.
- Issue rental receipts monthly.
Please note that none of the properties that we offer allow for subletting.
